if you're after a certain item for your pet that is not listed on our website, contact us, not everything is listed on the website, or we can advise you is its something we can make.

If the item is not a custom item, (custom items may be exchanged by negotiation depending how easily we can resell it) is clean and has only just been tried on your horse, we are happy to swap it for the right size. You will have to pay postage both ways though and new one won’t be made or posted until other one has been returned and inspected. we advise you to contact us to try ensure you order the correct sizing
